CANCELLATIONS 

• Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if you cancel more than 72 hours before the start of your reservation.

• Partial Refund: You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel between 24–72 hours before the session’s start time.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are not eligible for a refund.

• Note: The booking period begins at the time of reservation, not the start of the session. 

reschedule

• Guests are allowed to reschedule their booking at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Rescheduling less than 72 hours before the booking will incur a 50% additional fee based on the total booking amount.
• Rescheduling is allowed a maximum of two times per booking.

HOLD

• If you are uncertain about your schedule, we can hold your reservation for up to 72 hours at no charge.

• After 72 hours, the hold will be released.

• Holds are not available if there are less than 48 hours remaining before the booking start time.

SEAMLESS PAPER

• Backdrops are free to use as background only.
• When seamless paper is unrolled onto the floor and stepped on, it is considered a “seamless pull.”
• Each seamless pull costs $20.
• Note: Please specify your required backdrop color in the appointment notes when making your booking.

AUDIO RECORDING

• Our studio is not soundproofed and is not suitable for professional audio recording.
• Ambient noise may occur from hallways, traffic, construction, or other sources. Audio recording is done at your own risk.

CLEANING

• The studio must be left in the same condition as it was at the start of your session.

• All equipment must be returned to its original location.

• If the studio requires significant cleaning, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.

• Glitter Use: Glitter is prohibited unless approved in advance.

• Unauthorized glitter use will result in an automatic $100 cleaning fee.A cleaning fee $100 will automatically be applied if glitter is used without upon requested.

LIABILITY 

• Guests are responsible for all members of their team and any damages incurred during the booking.

• Guests agree to cover the cost of repair or replacement for any damages to studio property or equipment caused during their session.

• The studio is not liable for injuries, lost items, or accidents that occur on the premises.

GENERAL STUDIO RULE

• Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building.

• Furniture and Equipment: Do not drag furniture or heavy items across the floor. Please ask for assistance if needed.

• Noise: Be mindful of other tenants and keep noise to a reasonable level.
